Helen Ann (English) Noonan of Hampton Bays and Vero Beach, Florida, and formerly of Southbury, Connecticut, died on August 27, 2017, surrounded by her family.
Ms. Noonan brought joy and laughter to everyone, survivors said. She was a caring wife, mother and “Nanny,” and her infectious smile and laughter, along with her sparkling eyes created cherished memories.
Predeceased by her daughter, Margaret, known as “Meg,” she is survived by her husband, John; her daughter, Bridget DeRiso and husband Will; and grandchildren, Dylan, Kelsey and Blake; and her son, John and wife Gretchen; and grandson Tobias; and son Brendan and wife Katie; and grandchildren Devyn and Avery. She is also survived by her brothers, Frank, Jerry and Kevin; and sisters, MaryDee and Elizabeth and their spouses; and 24 nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the Munson Lovetere Funeral Home in Southbury. A funeral Mass took place on August 31 at St. Teresa of Avila Church. Burial was at Pine Hill Cemetery in Southbury. Online condolences may be left at munsonloveterefuneralhome.com.
