Investing in Future

Beautiful waterfront, beaches and natural landscapes are at the heart of Southampton. They not only define a way of life but also support its local economy, attracting visitors from all over to the village.

However, these precious resources are under threat from pollution and outdated infrastructure.

Thankfully, Congressman Nick LaLota recently announced that he secured $1 million for new sewer infrastructure to enhance economic growth and protect water quality in Southampton Village. The congressman worked with Southampton Village Mayor Bill Manger to submit this funding request and ensure it came to fruition.

By addressing the root causes of water contamination, a significant step forward is being taken to protect the environment and ensure that future generations can enjoy the same natural beauty cherished today.

This funding reflects a commitment to preserving Southampton’s unique character, while also fostering economic growth. The fight for resources that address the needs of community and improve the quality of life for all residents must continue.

Thank you, Congressman LaLota and Mayor Manger.
