James Francis MacNeil
James Francis MacNeil of Oakdale died on September 9 in Westhampton. He was 86.
Mr. MacNeil was a veteran of World War II and was a retired systems analyst for Grumman in Bethpage.
He is survived by two sons, James MacNeil and Donald MacNeil; two daughters, Marianne Zimberg and Patricia Moreta; two sisters, Alice and Margaret; and eight grandchildren.
His wife, Dorothy MacNeil and daughter, Laurie MacNeil, predeceased him.
The family received visitors on September 12 at Wesche Funeral Home. Funeral services were held on September 13 at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church in Center Moriches. Interment, alongside his late wife Dorothy, followed at Long Island National Cemetery in Farmingdale.
