Jean Elizabeth Loewen Rosen Dies November 7

Jean Elizabeth Loewen Rosen, 86, a graduate of East Hampton High School, died on November 7, 2017. She was born on September 26, 1931, in Mt. Joy, Pennsylvania.

Survivors include daughters, Merianne Pellegrino of Ohio, Lori (John) Marsten of Georgia; a son, G. Todd (Rhonda) Rosen of Georgia; a brother, John Loewen of Pennsylvania; sisters, Miriam Stumm, Lena Miller, Julia Kyle and Ruth Westermen, all of Pennsylvania, and Anna Mae James of New York; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

In accordance with her wishes she will be buried alongside her husband, George B. Rosen in Monroeton Methodist Cemetery.

Patricia C. Farrell of Sag Harbor died on November 17 on Quioque. She was 92. A visitation will take place on Friday, November 21, from 3-7 p.m. at the Brockett Funeral Home in Southampton. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, November 22, at 10 a.m. at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in Sag Harbor.
