Jean Haight, a resident of Hampton Bays for 43 years, died on Tuesday, December 23, at the Pleasant Acres of York County Nursing Facility in York, Pennsylvania. She was 86.
Mrs. Haight was born in Englewood, New Jersey, on June 23, 1922, to Louis and Lillian Maniscalco.
She is survived by a son, Gary Haight of Hampton Bays; a daughter, Valerie G. Haight of York, Pennsylvania; a brother, Larry Maniscalco of New Jersey; two grandchildren, Joshua S. and Jesse M. Haight of Hampton Bays; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband of 35 years, Harlan C. Haight.
A funeral service, conducted by clergy of St. Rosalie’s Roman Catholic Church of Hampton Bays, was held at the J. Ronald Scott Funeral Home in Hampton Bays on December 29. Interment followed at Calverton National Cemetery.
