As promised, the Kardashian clan has officially “taken over” the Hamptons.

Throughout the summer, two of the Kardashian sisters, Khloé and Kourtney, will be filming their reality TV series “Kourtney and Khloé Take the Hamptons” on the East End, slated to make its E! network premiere this fall. According to Southampton Village officials, the famous clan filed for a filming permit with the village last week, and filming started on Jobs Lane and Main Street in the village on Tuesday afternoon.

For their stay in the village, the Kardashian family has rented a home on Noyac Road in North Sea for the summer, sources have confirmed.

According to a listing by Douglas Elliman Real Estate, the home—which is at 317 and 319 Noyac Road—rents for $295,000 between Memorial Day and Labor Day. It sits on 3 acres in North Sea, is roughly 8,900 square feet, and has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The house also comes equipped with a heated pool and a private dock.

The rental is just a short drive from Southampton Village, where the famous family has opened a pop-up location for their clothing store, DASH. On Tuesday, film crews were at both the house and on Jobs Lane and Main Street in the village.

While on the East End, the sisters plan to work at DASH to get the store up and running. Located at 64 Jobs Lane, it opened for business at 10 a.m. on Monday, though the Kardashians did not arrive in town until Tuesday.

Scott Disick, an Eastport native and Kourtney’s longtime love, also will be filming on the East End with their children, Mason and Penelope.

In March, E! Entertainment Television announced the next iteration of the Kardashians’ popular “Take” franchise, “Kourtney and Khloé Take the Hamptons”—right in tune with previous “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” spinoffs, including “Kourtney and Kim Take Miami” and “Kourtney and Kim Take New York.”

“Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” now in its ninth season, follows the personal and professional lives of the Kardashian/Jenner family and has spurred a number of spin-offs. This is the first focused on the East End.

The third Kardashian sister, Kim, who recently married rapper Kanye West, is also expected to spend time in the Hamptons this summer.

Dear Neighbor

Congratulations on your new windows. They certainly are big. They certainly are see-through. You must be thrilled with the way they removed even more of that wall and replaced it with glass. It must make it easier to see what is going on in your house even when the internet is down. And security is everything. Which explains the windows. Nothing will make you feel more secure than imagining yourself looking over the rear-yard setback from these massive sheets of structural glass. Staring at the wall has well-known deleterious impact, and windows the size of movie screens are the bold ... 11 Dec 2025 by Marilee Foster
