Kazimiera Najdzion Dies At 84

Kazimiera Najdzion

Kazimiera Najdzion of Speonk died in Arlington Heights, 
Illinois, on Monday, February 28. She was 84.

Born in Poland on June 23, 1926, Ms. Najdzion emigrated to the U.S. and was a longtime resident of Speonk. She later moved to live with her daughter in Arlington Heights.

She was predeceased by her husband John of 48 years; 
and her brother, Stanislaw Zajac. She is survived by daughters, Theresa Szemiot and her 
husband Joseph of Illinois, 
Christine Krapf and her 
husband Robert of New Hyde Park; a sister, Janina Taczala of France; and two grandchildren, Jennifer Pietranczyk and Gregory Szemiot.

Visitation was held Sunday, March 6, at Follett & Werner Funeral Home in Westhampton Beach. A funeral 
Mass was held Monday, 
March 7, at St. John’s Roman Catholic Church in Center Moriches, followed by 
interment at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
