Kyle Blaise Favata of East Hampton died on May 10 at Schneider Children’s Hospital. A student at East Hampton High School who had completed most of the requirements for graduation, he was 19.

He was born September 12, 1989, to Blaise A. Favata and Judith A. (née Bindrim) Favata. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Mandy Favata of East Hampton; three aunts, Gail Urban, Jane Fasallo and June Bennett; and two cousins, Dean Urban and Donna Gordon and their children.

The family will receive visitors on Saturday, May 16, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Yardley & Pino Funeral Home in East Hampton. Funeral services will be held on May 17 at 1:30 p.m., also at Yardley & Pino.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Friends of Karen, Inc., 21 Perry Street, Port Jefferson, NY 11777; Ronald McDonald House of Long Island, 267-07 76th Avenue, New Hyde Park, NY 11040; or Schneider Children’s Hospital, c/o North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System Foundation, 125 Community Drive, Great Neck, New York 11021 would be appreciated by the family.
