Thomas, 30, of Manorville the night of November 3 on multiple vehicle-related charges, including a misdemeanor charge of criminal possession of a forged instrument, namely a license plate. Police said that Thomas was driving a 2008 Dodge suburban on Jermaine Avenue and that the car had a license plate on its rear that had been switched from another vehicle.
