I am writing this on Monday, the day before the Sag Harbor Village elections. I want to start by thanking you for your endorsement of myself, as well as that of Bob Plumb and Aidan Corish [“We Mark Our Ballots,” Editorial, June 13]. Your support means the world to us, no matter what happens tomorrow.
Regardless of results, I want to thank all of the East End press, the communities and the people for all the support that they’ve shown along the way. I have met wonderful people the past six weeks on this campaign. And I will treasure the experience forever—win, lose or draw.
