Madeline Clark Dies At Age 87

Madeline Clark

Madeline Clark of East Quogue and Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, died at the Hampton Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Southampton on December 31. She was 87.

She and her husband George V. Clark were married for 38  years.

Mrs. Clark was predeceased by two daughters, Diane Smith and Carol Johnson; and three grandchildren. She is survived by her sisters-in-law Marie Hartman of St. James and Marguerite Anderson of Florida; and her brothers-in-law, Joseph Clark of Bethpage and Raymond Clark of California; a brother, Erwin Gerboth of Flushing; and many nieces and nephews.

A parish prayer service was held at the J. Ronald Scott Funeral Home in Hampton Bays on Monday, January 3. A funeral Mass was celebrated on January 4 at the Church of St. Rosalie in Hampton Bays. Burial followed in Calverton National Cemetery in Calverton.
