Margaret Ann (Peggy) Sullivan of Jupiter, Florida, and formerly of East Quoge died on April 24. She was 87.
According to her family, Ms. Sullivan was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She was born to Michael and Sarah Doyle on April 24, 1934. She died one day after her 87th birthday with her loving husband of 64 years, John, by her side, they said.
Ms. Sullivan was known for her keen sense of style and quick wit, according to her family. Her long standing career in retail fashion was a great source of pride, especially the years she spent at Saks Fifth Avenue in Southampton and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Nothing was more important to Ms. Sullivan than family. She was a proud mother of two sons, Kevin and John, and grandmother of seven, Matthew, Taylor, Mackenzie, Morgan, Samantha, Michelle, and Mattingly. She shared a beautiful and uniquely strong bond with her nieces Ellen, Joanie, Tara, Nora, Julia, Deirdre and nephew Tom McCabe. Ms. Sullivan is survived by her husband, John, and sister, Maureen (Tommy) McCabe.
Visitation and celebration of her life will be held on Monday, May 3, at Aycock-Riverside Funeral and Cremation Center.
