Margaret Kind Childs Of Westhampton Dies April 16

Margaret Kind Childs of Westhampton, formerly Garden City, died April 16, 2019.

She enjoyed working with New York Blood Supply and the Presbyterian Women.

She was the wife of Ellsworth “Bud” Childs, mother of William (Patricia) and Richard, and grandmother of Emilie and Anna Childs.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the Werner Rothwell Funeral Home in Westhampton Beach.

William Campos Lopez, 26, of Speonk was arrested on December 8, at 3:40 a.m., by Quogue Village Police charged him with aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor. He was pulled over after being observed speeding and failing to maintain his lane on Montauk Highway, police said.
