Maria Davidhazy Of Speonk Dies September 24

Maria Davidhazy of Speonk died at the Westhampton Care Center on Monday, September 24. She was 81.

Born in Poland on July 27, 1931, she is survived by two brothers, Valenty Kurosz of Westhampton and Waclaw Kurosz of Speonk and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of 40 years, Loyos; and a brother, Bernard Kurosz.

The family received friends at the Follett and Werner Funeral Home on Thursday, September 27. A funeral Mass was celebrated at the Church of the Immaculate Conception on Quiogue on Friday, September 28, with interment following at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
