Mary A. Rolleri of Eastport died on Wednesday, December 31. She was 80.

She is survived by her husband, 
Paul; three sons, Mark and Greg Capozzola, and Joseph Rolleri; a daughter, Christina Capozzola; a brother, Peter Fedorick; and four grandchildren.

A wake was held at Sinnickson’s Moriches Funeral Home in Center Moriches on January 4. A funeral service was held at St. John’s Roman Catholic Church in Center Moriches on January 5; interment followed at Calverton National Cemetery.

Southampton DWI Arrests for the Week of May 8

Gintaras Satas, 58, of Mastic was arrested at about 11:30 p.m. on May 2 and charged with misdemeanor DWI and several vehicle and traffic violations after the vehicle he was driving nearly struck a Southampton Town Police car that was on the side of Montauk Highway in Water Mill with its lights on conducting a traffic stop of another vehicle. When approached by the officer, Satas was found to be unsteady on his feet and a breath alcohol test indicated he had been drinking more than the legal limit, according to police. by Staff Writer

Renny Lopez-Bermeo, 27, of East Hampton was arrested by Southampton Town Police at about 7 p.m. on April 27 and charged with felony DWI after he was pulled over for driving erratically on Lynncliff Road near Ponquogue Avenue in Hampton Bays.
