Bill Manger’s election as mayor was a breath of fresh air. Visiting Village Hall after the election showed the results. Employees were relieved after dealing with years of abusive behavior, micromanaging and constant personnel turnover. People were happy to work there.

I worked with Bill as a trustee for several years when I lived in the village. Bill’s leadership brings meaningful changes to the community. His approachable demeanor and genuine commitment to the well-being of the village sets a positive tone that resonates with both employees and residents.

Under his guidance, new initiatives were launched to improve public services, foster neighborhood engagement and support local businesses, transforming Village Hall into more than just a workplace — it became a hub of collaboration and progress.

Two years as mayor is not long enough to finish the job at hand. Bill brings experience in government as a former trustee, and as mayor clearly shows his ability to move the village forward.

Moreover, Bill prioritizes transparency and accessibility in governance. Village Hall meetings and open forums allow residents to voice their concerns and participate in the decision-making process.
