Memorial Service For Byron Chandler Set for September 22.

A memorial service for Byron B. Chandler, formerly of Manhattan and Westhampton Beach, will be held on Saturday, September 22, at 3 p.m. at the Quogue Chapel. Mr. Chandler died on February 27 at his home in Florida.

He was a founding board member of East End Hospice, an active member and officer of the Westhampton Presbyterian Church, and a strong advocate of 12-step programs throughout the community.

A reception will follow the service at the home of Chuck and Millie Cary, 83 Meeting House Road, Quiogue. Interment of ashes will take place later in the spring in the church memorial garden. Inquiries may be directed to the church office, 288-2576.

The person stated to Westhampton Beach Village Police that the postcard had disturbing and false information regarding a finch bird.
