Michele Marie Morch to marry Matthew Allen Proctor

Gloria and Jeff Morch of Southampton announce the engagement of their daughter, Michele Marie Morch, to Matthew Allen Proctor, son of Suzanne and Davis S. Proctor of Winthrop, Massachusetts.

Ms. Morch attended Southampton High School and is a graduate of Plymouth State College in New Hampshire. She works in the cultural affairs department for the advertising firm of Hill Holiday, located in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Proctor is a graduate of Essex Agricultural and Technical Institute, and works as an incident response operator for the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority.

The couple met in Boston. An October 2010 wedding is planned.

WESTHAMPTON BEACH — Dario Vasquez, 26, of Hampton Bays was arrested by Westhampton Beach Village Police on December 9 and charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol, a misdemeanor.
