Misleading Ads

Lincoln once said, “Wild passion overrides any reason,” and I hope this is why the Village First Coalition and their candidates, Gina Arresta and Joe McLoughlin, are publishing such negative and false ads. Hard to believe this is coming from two new candidates who have yet to serve on an official village board. It is insulting to those past officials who have served for the past 15 years and contributed so many countless hours to the Village of Southampton.

We are one village and one community, so please don’t divide us with false, negative and misleading political ads.

Please join me on September 15 to support Kimberly Allen and Zach Epley on the “Community Party for the Village of Southampton” and keep our village united.

Mr. McLoughlin doesn’t serve on a regulatory board but is a member of the village’s Planning Commission — Ed.
