We at the Sag Harbor Community Food Pantry were saddened to hear of the passing of Gertrude Katz [Obituaries, March 24].
Gert was a gracious and generous friend to the food pantry. Her kindness and good spirit will be truly missed.
We are so fortunate to have had her as part of our community for so long a time.
