My family wants to thank the Westhampton Beach Fire Department and those who participated in the wonderful drive-by on Thursday, March 3, for our mom, Rose Loos, who turned 106 years old on that day.
We got Mom in the car and drove her to the end of the driveway. She really had no idea … And then we heard the sirens, and they stopped to greet her, gave her flowers and wished her a happy birthday. It was terrific!
We thank them so much for making her day a memorable one.
