Ralph Joseph Downs of Westhampton died on May 15 in Clearwater, Florida. He was 94. Born on January 31, 1931, in Westhampton Beach, he was the son of James Sherwood Downs and Ida Downs (Szymanowski). A Hampton Bays man was arrested by New York State Police for exchanging sexually explicit and inappropriate photos and messages with a minor in Georgia, State Troopers say. Oswin M.
