'Monster' Utility Poles Finally Removed In Eastport

Steel poles that lined the parking lot of Olish Farms in Eastport have been removed and the transmission lines they carried have been buried. The burial project on Eastport Manor Road started south of the Sunrise Highway south service road and continued south to the Montauk Highway substation.
