This is the first year I have been unable to attend our annual golf outing in honor and remembrance of you, Samantha Jo LeBrun — the Samantha Jo LeBrun Golf Tournament, which funds a scholarship program at Westhampton Beach High School. I will love you till the end of time, and then we will be together again. I miss you all the way to the moon and stars.
To the wonderful golfers and those who volunteer, thank you. It is because of you that this tournament has lasted so long. Your attendance every year, your love for the game or just the kindness of your heart is evident every August. You all have helped us keep Sam’s memory alive and those awarded with her scholarship some financial ease while following their dreams
Cheers to you all, and may the ball forever fall in your favor. Enjoy the day, and maybe a few Jell-O shots — in spirit, I am there with you.
