Natalie D. Etter of East Quogue died at her home on Saturday, March 7. She was 82.
Mrs. Etter was born on June 9, 1926, to Mieczyslaw and Angeline Dabrowski.
She worked for RCA where she met her future husband, John, and also managed the Bridgehampton Racquet and Surf Club for many years. She enjoyed spending time with family, singing, playing piano, tai chi, yoga, and praying at the Shrine of Our Lady of the Island.
Mrs. Etter is survived by two daughters, Denise Green and Susan, both of Massachusetts; three sons, John Jr., Christopher and Mitchell, all of East Quogue; three sisters, Helen and Irene Dabrowski of Aquebogue, and Eugenia Cherouski of Jamesport; two brothers, John and Conrad of Riverhead; and 11 grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, John, in 2006.
A wake was held at the McLaughlin Heppner Funeral Home in Riverhead on March 10. A funeral service was held at St. Isidore’s Roman Catholic Church in Riverhead, followed by private cremation.
