Steve Kenny’s Gossip rules the bay! The J-109 was awarded first place in Division 1 and second place in the three combined divisions. All smiles are de rigueur which translates: “the formula to win!” Yes, the boat I was shooting from made a quick turn after this 1/2000 of a second exposure!  MICHAEL MELLA

Lightning fast, with a hull that jumps up on a plane with ease, close-hauled while redhead Venetia Satow trims the jib, Shaun Stewart on the mainsheet and skipper Peter Beardsley driving.
