No Nanny State

I don’t go to the beach; it’s all that sand. I go to the beach when there’s a coastal storm, and this past Sunday was no exception.

I want to thank the Southampton Town supervisor and the Southampton Village mayor for their restraint in not closing the parking lot access to the beach like the last time. Who wants to live in a nanny state? I know that I am not alone in this thinking.
