No One’s Business

On East Hampton Airport: Have we stepped through the looking glass?

The town owns the land. The town leased the land to business entities. The town no longer wishes to renew those leases.

Are we going to completely rewrite business law and property law to protect a handful of businesses that cater to the most wealthy?

The town has exhaustively and carefully examined the issue, including the economic impact. They attempted compromise and were thanked with lawsuits.

It is no one’s business from here on out, except the Town Board in East Hampton.
