Oddone trial nears second month of testimony

As the murder trial of Anthony Oddone wraps up a first month of testimony, and likely nears the end of the prosecution’s case against the 26-year-old golf caddy accused of choking an off-duty prison guard to death in a Southampton Village bar last year, a deputy Suffolk County Medical Examiner took the stand late on Tuesday afternoon to detail the injuries that killed Andrew Reister.

WESTHAMPTON BEACH — Dario Vasquez, 26, of Hampton Bays was arrested by Westhampton Beach Village Police on December 9 and charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol, a misdemeanor.
