Olivia Rose Noonan of Southampton died at home, surrounded by her family, on January 19, 2017, of ovarian cancer. She was 70.

Born on January 6, 1947, in New Brunswick, New Jersey, she was the daughter of Francis and Rose (Fatigati) Fazio. She spent the early part of her childhood with her parents and maternal grandparents in New Brunswick before moving to Brooklyn, where she met the love of her life, Charles A. Noonan. They married on July 13, 1968, in Bay Ridge and welcomed their only daughter, Megan, into their lives the following summer.

Ms. Noonan was a talented, creative and beautiful woman with style and humor who was never one to toot her own horn, survivors said. She attended Catholic University of America, earning a bachelor’s degree in 1968. She devoted her life to making a home for her family.

Ms. Noonan is survived by her husband, Charles; and daughter, Megan Noonan and husband Peter McWilliams.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the O’Connell Funeral Home in Southampton.
