Graph shows sawtooth pattern in North Haven’s clearing regulations where there abrupt shifts in the amount of square footage that can be cleared with a small change in lot size. The much smoother green line reflects East Hampton Town’s clewaring code. The graph, prepared by surveyor and village trustee David Saskas, was shown at the Village Board’s April 20 Zoom session.
