The Bonackers only led, 1-0, after six innings before rallying for eight runs in the top of the seventh. Ella Coady and Elie Poremba led the Southampton girls golf team all spring to second-place finishes in both League IV and at the Suffolk County Championships, where Poremba staved off Coady and Smithtown East’s Sophia Corso for the overall individual title.
