Chamale Guillermo, 29, of Flanders was arrested by Southampton Town Police on November 14 at 10:51 p.m. on the corner of Flanders Road and Flanders Boulevard in Flanders. He was charged with DWI, driving without a license, both misdemeanors, as well as failing to yield right-of-way and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, both violations.
