Regina Weintraub of Manhattan and Sag Harbor died on February 19.
Born in 1948, she was raised in the Bronx and Far Rockaway. A career that started in management grew with her association with attorney Peter Silverman, one that continued throughout her life. Survivors said she was a loyal ally and was uncommonly generous.
She is survived by her spouse, Carla Messina; a sister, Sherry Bresnahan; brother-in-law, Robert; sisters-in-law, Gail Messina, Patricia Irwin and Jill Schneider; 11 nieces and nephews; 20 grandnieces and grandnephews; and one great-grandniece, Lily.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the Guido Funeral Home in Brooklyn.
