Richard R. Huebner
Richard R. “Dick” Huebner, a longtime resident of Sagaponack and Water Mill, died on April 15 in Greenport. He was 95.
Born on July 6, 1928, in Chicago, he was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and the Los Angeles Art Center. He served in the U.S. Army in Korea. He retired as senior vice president and creative director from Grey Advertising in 1996.
A talented artist, he had numerous shows of his paintings, photographs and computer art at Pierre’s Restaurant in Bridgehampton.
He is survived by his husband, Anthony Newman.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
