Robert Hildebrandt, A Former Teacher In Hampton Bays, Dies On June 16

Robert C. H. Hildebrandt died on Saturday, June 16, at Pikes Peak Hospice near his home in Colorado Springs. He was 74.

Starting in 1963, he taught high school social studies in Hampton Bays for almost 30 years.

He is survived by his wife, 
Judy; and two children, 
Wenden and Erik.

Memorial donations may be made to the Myeloma Institute for Research and Therapy at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Office of Development and Alumni Affairs, 4301 W. Markham Street, #716, Little Rock, AR 72205.

Few people embody the spirit of community service better than Hampton Bays resident Robert Ross, who recently retired after decades of making his home a better place for its residents. Ross spent the last 42 years, before retiring from his position late last month as vice president of community and government relations at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital, fighting for and giving back to an adopted community that he loved.
