The cannabis dispensary known as Charlie Fox opened on Tuesday afternoon and was immediately issued a cease and desist order by Southampton Town for not having any permits to operate a business, of any kind, at the property. The town has said it could seek a court inunction to close the business if the owners do not comply. DANA SHAW
