Sagaponack School

Students have been busy with winter activities including ice skating at Buckskill Winter Club as part of their physical education class. Parents are invited to skate with their kids at the February 4 session.

Thanks are due Debbie Quimby for delivering hot lunches to our school once a week. This week, the students will celebrate the Chinese New Year with a lunch from the Phoenix Chinese Restaurant in Wainscott.

The children are preparing stories for the Budding Authors Program at the Hamptons Library. All stories are due to the library by March 16; a reception will be held on March 31.

WESTHAMPTON BEACH — Dario Vasquez, 26, of Hampton Bays was arrested by Westhampton Beach Village Police on December 9 and charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol, a misdemeanor.
