The Hampton Bays High School varsity soccer team raised $1,200 through the annual Kicks for Cancer Pink Soccer game, held October 6. The athletes raised the funds through a raffle. All of the funds raised will be donated to the DezyStrong Foundation, which provides  access to support that affects a positive mental-well being for those fighting cancer.

To do their part and give back to the community, the Southampton High School girls varsity soccer team raised $800 as part of their annual Kicks for Cancer soccer game on October 12. The funds, raised through a raffle, will be donated to the DezyStrong Foundation, which provides access to support that affects a positive mental well-being for those fighting cancer.

The fine arts program at Our Lady of the Hamptons School has expanded to include a string orchestra, directed by Song A. Shaughnessy. The 20 students are learning to play in a larger group, in addition to their bi-weekly lessons.

The Karish Education Fund of the Horticultural Alliance of the Hamptons is now accepting scholarship grant applications from qualified current and future students of horticulture and related fields, such as agriculture, botany, landscape architecture, garden design, and environmental science.
