They have asked a judge to modify the injunction against the work to allow brief wrap-up work to be done.

SOUTHAMPTON VILLAGE — Police arrested a Manhattan man on August 15 in connection with an August 6 burglary at a Rogers Avenue home. Police say that an investigation of the August 6 incident, which was caught on a Ring security camera, indicated that Tate Lobo Plamondon, 20, had entered the home while it was unoccupied.
