A Shinnecock tribal attorney says that several properties along Landing Lane in Southampton, including the Tidewater AAA Pub and two waterfront homes, were subdivided illegally decades ago and are actually part of the tribe's territory. The tribe plans to ask the Suffolk County District Attorney to begin "eviction" proceedings against one of the properties, 4 Landing Lane, which is up for sale. MICHAEL WRIGHT
