Silver Alert Issued For Missing Water Mill Man On Tuesday

A Water Mill Man, who suffers from Schizophrenia and is in need of medication, is missing from a Montauk Highway group home. According to a press release on Tuesday, the Southampton Town Police Department issued a Silver Alert—a Suffolk County program that allows local law enforcement to share information about missing individuals with special needs—for 63-year-old Robert Clinton. Police said that Mr. Clinton, who is described as a white male, weighing 187 pounds, with blue eyes, dirty blonde hair and a beard, was last seen at approximately 8 a.m. on Monday. Mr. Clinton is known to walk to local convenience stores, police said. Police are asking anyone with information to contact Southampton Town Police detectives at 631-702-2230.No additional information was available on Tuesday afternoon.
