Let me get this straight: Year-rounders who take full advantage of the town services, such as schools, etc., will get a tax break, while second-house owners who use much less services, one of them being schools, will pay higher taxes [“Southampton Town Eyes Reassessment Relief Strategies,” 27east.com, August 25]?
