UPDATE: Riverhead Man Charged With DWI After Multi-Car Accident on CR-104 Saturday Night

UPDATE: Sunday, 9:45 a.m. A Riverhead man has been charged with DWI in relation to the Saturday evening crash that sent five people to hospitals. Southampton Town Police said on Sunday morning that they have charged Erik A. Yatvelasquez, 22, of Riverhead with DWI following the investigation of the crash. It is not known whether Yatvelasquez was one of those taken to area hospitals following the accident.
