William Pendergast, 44, of Remsenburg was arrested by Westhampton Beach Police on November 30 and charged with misdemeanor DWI. Pendergast was pulled over at 10:37 p.m. at the intersection of Montauk Highway and Mill Road in Westhampton Beach after failing to maintain his lane while traveling west on Montauk Highway, police said.
