A 46-year-old Flanders man who was struck by a car on Sunday night later died of his injuries, Southampton Town Police said. The vehicle that struck him fled the scene but police later identified and arrested the person they believe was driving, Silvia Alvarez De Reyes, 46, of Shirley.
