SOUTHAMPTON VILLAGE — A New Jersey man was charged with assault following a road rage incident on June 30 following a motor vehicle accident on Hill Street. Police arrived at the scene and determined that Kevin E. Guevara-Martinez, 26, of New Jersey was fighting with a 43-year-old Hampton Bays man. Both men were arrested. Guevara-Martinez was charged with assault in the third degree, a misdemeanor.
