First time homebuyers and current homeowners are invited to a Community Housing Resource Fair on Saturday, June 21. Organized by the Town of Southampton Housing and Community Services Department and Community Development Long Island, the fair will take place at the Hampton Bays Community Center, 25 Ponquogue Avenue in Hampton Bays, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will be information on the town’s Community Housing Fund programs, including down payment assistance and the accessory dwelling unit program.
