The Town of Southampton has announced that applications for its annual rs human services, cultural arts and recreational grants to certified nonprofits that provide services to Southampton Town residents are now available.
Human service grants assist social services organizations that provide social and financial services such as counseling and psychotherapy services, health care services, child care, or educational services.
Cultural Arts and Recreation grants assist organizations that present visual or performing arts and recreational programs.
The grant applications may be accessed via the town’s website. Printed copies are available at Southampton Town Hall on Hampton Road.
The deadline for submission is 4 p.m. on Friday, November 19.
Grants will only be awarded to certified 501(c) organizations. Recent 990 forms must be provided, and general liability, worker’s compensation, and worker’s disability insurance may be required.
The Southampton Town Board approves all grant awards by a Town Board resolution.
