I am writing in opposition to the proposed residential project on the site of the Dockers restaurant on Dune Road in East Quogue [“East Quogue Residents, Environmental Advocates Condemn Condo Proposal at Dockers Site,” 27east.com, November 8]. Resort Hotel Approved at 71 Hill Street in Southampton Village

Plans for a resort hotel at 71 Hill Street have received conditional approval from the Southampton Village Planning Board, clearing the final village hurdle for the project before obtaining a building permit.
